Naomi's Mom Came to Read!

Naomi's mom came to read us the book, Luba and the Wren. It was about a little girl who saves the life of a wren and how the wren repays her by granting her wishes. Her parents repeatedly asking Luba to return to the wren to grant more wishes bigger and better then the one before. Though Luba felt it was unkind to do she respected her parents and did as she was told. When finished with the book, the children discussed how Luba's parent never appreciated what they had and in the end learned to do so. It was a beautiful book with a good lesson of respecting your parents however appreciate everything we have in life.
