Our First Show & Tell!

In kindergarten we do show and tell for many reasons. Some of the show and tells will be for the children to bring in whatever they want and some will be themed, based on what we are learning. This past week the children brought in any object they wanted. We focused on showing the objects as well as telling a few things about it. (Morah usually sends home a letter the night before show and tell with practice questions.) After a friend was done telling us about the object, we had to use our thinking caps and ask questions about it. We tried to encourage the children to ask specific questions rather then general. We also focused on making eye contact with the friend you were talking to. We had so much fun sharing with our friends!
