Measuring With Rulers!

We continued our unit on measurements. The children learned about rulers. They know a ruler has twelve inches and we use them to measure smaller objects. For larger objects we can use a tape measure. The children went on a scavenger hunt and found various items to measure. They know how to correctly place the ruler along the object to get the correct measurement. It was a hands on and fun way to review what we learned.
